AIRSEACHAIN is an AI-native international logistics transaction and collaboration platform provided by Shanghai RUZHI Information Technology Co., Ltd. It offers digital services around inquiry and quotation, order management, document collaboration, shipment tracking, customer service and business collaboration.
By agreeing, completing login, submitting an inquiry, creating an order or continuing to use AIRSEACHAIN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Services
AIRSEACHAIN provides international logistics information entry, inquiry submission, quote display, order management, document collaboration, shipment tracking, customer service, notifications and related services.
AIRSEACHAIN may provide AI assistants, including Xiaoru AI and Xiaozhi AI, intelligent inquiry, intelligent quote explanation, document recognition, rule prompts and customer service assistance.
AI-generated content, intelligent recommendations, quote explanations, rule prompts and route suggestions are auxiliary information only and do not constitute final transaction commitments. Formal quotes, fee details, validity periods, space, transit time, transport restrictions, customs requirements, order fulfillment and other transaction terms are subject to formal quote sheets, order confirmations, contracts or human confirmation.
AIRSEACHAIN does not replace the legal obligations of carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse providers, destination agents or other third-party service providers. Logistics responsibilities are subject to orders, contracts, quote sheets and actual carriage, agency or service arrangements.
Account and Login
You may log in to AIRSEACHAIN through RunID, the unified identity service responsible for account registration, identity verification, single sign-on and permission management.
When you first log in to AIRSEACHAIN through RunID, the system may activate an AIRSEACHAIN account or business space for you. Before first login, you need to read and agree to these Terms and the AIRSEACHAIN Privacy Policy.
You must ensure that phone numbers, emails, company names, contacts, cargo information, shipper and consignee information and documents submitted by you are true, accurate and complete. You are responsible for losses caused by false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
Inquiry, Quotation and Orders
You may submit cargo details, destination, transport mode, weight, volume, commodity name, packaging, service requirements and special requirements for inquiry.
Quotes displayed on the platform may be affected by routes, space, carrier policies, fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, destination charges, exchange rates, transit time, cargo attributes and restricted goods rules.
Unless clearly marked as a formal quote with a quote number, fee details, validity period and confirmation method, AI replies, reference prices, historical prices, budget estimates, rule explanations or preliminary support replies do not constitute final transaction commitments.
Before confirming an order, you should carefully review cargo information, fee details, service scope, transport mode, quote validity, payment terms, liability limitations and other transaction terms. Order creation, modification, cancellation, compensation and exception handling are subject to platform rules, quote sheets, order confirmations, contracts or actual service agreements.
User Conduct
You must not submit false, illegal, infringing, misleading or incomplete cargo, trade, document or identity information; use the platform to transport, consult, declare or assist with goods prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations; bypass platform rules, attack systems, scrape data in bulk, register maliciously, submit malicious inquiries or disrupt platform operation; or access, use or disclose other users', customers', suppliers', carriers' or platform business, quote, order or personal information without authorization.
Data, Materials and Intellectual Property
To provide inquiry, quotation, fulfillment, document collaboration, tracking and customer service, you may need to submit contact information, company information, cargo information, order information, documents and communication records. You must ensure that you have the right to provide such materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
AIRSEACHAIN processes personal information under the AIRSEACHAIN Privacy Policy and applies reasonable security measures. Commercial data, quote data, fulfillment data and documents between enterprise customers, partners, carriers, suppliers and other business parties may be further governed by contracts, orders, data processing agreements or other written documents.
AIRSEACHAIN software, interfaces, technical architecture, product names, trademarks, documentation, data structures, algorithms and other content belong to Shanghai RUZHI Information Technology Co., Ltd. or relevant right holders unless otherwise provided by law or written agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or otherwise use platform content without written permission.
Materials uploaded or submitted by users remain owned by users or original right holders. You authorize AIRSEACHAIN to use, store, process and display such materials as necessary to provide services.
Changes, Suspension, Disclaimer and Liability
AIRSEACHAIN may adjust services due to business development, product upgrades, compliance requirements or system maintenance. If maintenance, network failures, third-party service issues, force majeure, government actions, carrier or supplier policy changes cause interruption, delay or change, AIRSEACHAIN will handle them within a reasonable scope.
If a user violates these Terms or creates security, compliance, fraud or legal risk, AIRSEACHAIN may limit functions, suspend or terminate services, preserve evidence or report to relevant authorities.
International logistics is affected by carriers, customs, ports, warehouses, destination policies, weather, strikes, war, sanctions, inspections and schedule changes. AIRSEACHAIN is not responsible for delays, fee changes, fulfillment exceptions or losses caused by reasons not attributable to AIRSEACHAIN. AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate or delayed; users should rely on formal quotes, contracts, order confirmations and human confirmation. To the extent permitted by law, AIRSEACHAIN is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected benefits, goodwill loss, data loss or business interruption losses.
Updates, Governing Law and Contact
Shanghai RUZHI Information Technology Co., Ltd. may update these Terms due to legal changes, business adjustments or product upgrades. Updated Terms will be published on relevant platform pages. If material changes affect user rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of AIRSEACHAIN means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring an action before the competent court at the domicile of Shanghai RUZHI Information Technology Co., Ltd.
