This Privacy Policy applies to AIRSEACHAIN, including AIRSEACHAIN Go, AIRSEACHAIN Enterprise, Xiaoru AI, Xiaozhi AI, and related web, mini-program and mobile services. AIRSEACHAIN is an AI-native international logistics collaboration platform providing inquiry, quotation, order management, document collaboration, shipment tracking, customer service, business notifications and AI-assisted analysis.
By agreeing, logging in through RunID, submitting an inquiry, creating an order or continuing to use AIRSEACHAIN, you acknowledge and agree that we process your personal information under this policy.
Information We Collect and Use
We collect and use personal information only as necessary for the functions you use.
For account login and account activation, AIRSEACHAIN uses RunID as the unified identity service. We may receive your RunID user identifier, phone number, email, nickname, avatar, third-party login identifiers, organization, role, permissions, login time, authorization source and account status. This is used for account activation, login recognition, organization recognition, permission decisions and account security.
For inquiry and quotation services, we may process contact details, company information, origin, destination, transport mode, weight, volume, package count, packaging, commodity name, cargo attributes, service requirements, quote records and communications with support, sales or AI assistants.
For order fulfillment and logistics collaboration, we may process shipper, consignee and notify-party information, cargo and order information, warehouse and transport information, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, waybills, customs and clearance documents, tracking events, exception records and support records.
For AI-assisted features, including Xiaoru AI and Xiaozhi AI, we may process inquiry, order, document, communication and business data submitted by you. AI-generated content is for business assistance only. Formal quotes, order confirmations, fee details, service commitments, fulfillment arrangements, transport restrictions and customs requirements are subject to formal quote sheets, order confirmations, contracts or human confirmation.
We may also process contact information, account details, order details, issue descriptions, screenshots, files, logs and risk records for support, notifications, after-sales service, identity verification, troubleshooting, complaints, dispute handling, security and audit purposes.
Cookies, Logs and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, logs and similar technologies to maintain login status, improve service experience, analyze system performance and identify security risks. You may manage cookies through browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect login, inquiry and order management functions.
Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure
We may entrust necessary processing to cloud, storage, operations, SMS, email, notification, OCR, document parsing, AI model, data processing, security, log analysis and risk control service providers. We require processors to follow our instructions, this policy and applicable laws, and to apply necessary security measures.
To complete international logistics inquiry, quotation, order fulfillment, warehousing, transport, customs declaration, clearance, delivery, proof of receipt and after-sales services, we may share necessary information with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, express companies, freight forwarders, overseas agents, warehouses, trucking providers, customs brokers, clearance providers, customer-authorized employees, administrators and partners, and other necessary parties involved in fulfillment, disputes or support.
If you use WeChat, WeCom, WhatsApp, email or other third-party tools for login, communication or notification, those third parties may process your information under their own rules. Please also review their privacy policies and service rules.
If a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer or business adjustment involves transfer of personal information, we will require the new processor to remain bound by this policy. We generally do not publicly disclose personal information unless required by law or with separate consent when required.
Sensitive Information and Cross-border Provision
In logistics orders, customs declaration, clearance, real-name verification, document processing or compliance review, submitted materials may contain identification numbers, ID photos, precise addresses, signatures, trade materials, financial information or other sensitive information. We process such information only as necessary for specific business purposes and apply stricter safeguards.
Because AIRSEACHAIN involves international logistics, it may be necessary to provide order, contact, cargo and document information to overseas carriers, overseas agents, destination service providers, consignees or customer-authorized parties for cross-border transport, overseas warehousing, clearance, delivery, proof of receipt, support or overseas communication. We will provide only information necessary for international logistics services and handle any required consent or procedures under applicable laws.
Retention, Security and Your Rights
We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account information is usually retained while you use AIRSEACHAIN. Order, document, transaction, finance, contract, fulfillment and dispute information may be retained as required by laws, regulation, tax, audit, contract performance and dispute resolution.
We use reasonable security measures including access control, data isolation, encrypted transmission, log audit, access approval, backup and recovery, and security monitoring. Phone numbers and emails are encrypted using AES-256-GCM; passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are not stored in plaintext; transmission uses TLS.
Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, copy, correction, completion, deletion, withdrawal of consent, account cancellation or closure of a business space, explanation of processing rules, human intervention for automated decisions that materially affect your rights, and other statutory rights. To protect account and transaction security, we may verify your identity before processing requests.
Minors, Updates and Contact
AIRSEACHAIN is primarily for enterprise, organization and adult users with full civil capacity. We do not actively provide services to minors. If we discover that a minor's personal information has been processed without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other necessary measures as required by law.
We may update this policy due to legal changes, product changes, business development or compliance requirements. Updated policies will be published on AIRSEACHAIN-related pages. For material changes affecting your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
