Responsibilities
- Develop freight forwarding, cross-border logistics, customs, overseas warehouse and trading-company customers.
- Deliver SaaS subscription, new-business and renewal targets.
- Diagnose digital pain points across inquiry, quotation, booking, operations, finance, customer portals and data dashboards.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, POCs, proposals, contracts and implementation handoffs with presales, product, implementation and customer-success teams.
- Segment opportunities by company size and willingness to pay, and develop reference customers, channels, industry events and referrals.
- Manage the sales funnel and forecast ARR/MRR, new business, renewals, expansion, collections and churn risk.
- Share high-value market requirements and competitor information with the product team.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B software, SaaS, logistics technology or enterprise-service sales; freight-forwarding experience is preferred.
- Understanding of subscription business models, sales funnels, customer success, renewal, expansion and LTV/CAC fundamentals.
- Ability to explain system value to owners, business leaders, operations leaders and finance leaders.
- Consultative selling skills across discovery, ROI analysis, objection handling and multi-stakeholder progression.
- Strong CRM habits with opportunity stages, value, probability and next actions kept current.
Preferred Experience
- Customer relationships in freight forwarding, cross-border logistics, customs or overseas warehousing.
- Full enterprise-sales cases from POC and contract through implementation, renewal and expansion.
- Experience with AI SaaS, logistics digital platforms or customer-success programs.
